Develops and maintains the Quality Control Plan, supervises Quality Control personnel, and conducts trend analysis of inspection data. Serves as primary point of contact for Government QAEs and provides quality performance reports. Requires ASQ CMQ/OE certification and five years of experience developing and enforcing QMS programs.

Ensures compliance with environmental, energy, and sustainability requirements. Implements the Environmental Management System (EMS), prepares environmental permits and reports, and develops and enforces the Installation Energy Plan. Conducts audits, inspections, and spill drills.
