Lead and deliver strategic, cross-divisional, international projects and programs. Coordinate resources across countries and teams, tailoring project management methods to project needs. Create business cases, evaluate cost-benefit, and drive international growth.

Develop and implement an international Training & Knowledge Management framework for Customer Care Management, optimizing agent performance and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with teams to align processes.
