Senior Representative, WFM Scheduling will create, manage, and optimize schedules based on forecasts and service level agreements. The role requires 2-3 years of WFM scheduling experience, knowledge of Contact Center KPIs, and proficiency in WFM tools.

Develop new business relationships and manage existing client relationships. Manage sales activities, customer and supplier relationships, and orders. Provide customer support throughout the sales process.

Real-Time Analyst (RTA) will monitor performance, manage attendance and adherence, and analyze operational trends to ensure service level targets are met. Requires previous RTA/Workforce Management experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with WFM and scheduling tools.
