# English Customer Support Representative – Remote

Join WorkRoute as a Remote English Customer Support Representative. Assist customers by phone, live chat, and email. Paid onboarding and training provided. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

WorkRoute is hiring English Customer Support Representatives to join our remote customer experience team.
You will assist customers through phone, live chat, and email, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a professional and positive customer experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer enquiries
* Providing clear and accurate information
* Resolving customer issues professionally
* Communicating through phone, email, and live chat
* Recording customer interactions accurately
* Escalating complex cases when necessary
* Following company procedures and service standards

### About the candidate

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and comfortable communicating with customers.
You should have:

* Good written and spoken English
* Strong communication and listening skills
* A professional and customer-focused attitude
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Reliable internet connection
* A suitable computer and remote-work environment
* Ability to work independently and follow procedures

Previous customer support experience is preferred, but not required.
