Summary

Fall Line Events Ltd. will be working with several major international stakeholders to provide Ground Transportation services during the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics and is recruiting multiple roles to assist with the transport system throughout the Games. Venue Logistics Coordinators (VLCs) interact directly with guests and staff at designated locations. They provide the link between the passengers and vehicles/drivers. Enthusiasm and friendliness are the most important attributes of this position. This position suits people who are service orientated, effective communicators and want to have direct interaction with Olympic staffers and guests.

Responsibilities

The primary focus of the VLC is to act as the eyes and ears of the Ground Transportation Department and serve as a liaison between on-site personnel and transportation staff. Venue Logistics Coordinators will be assigned to Olympic Venues, airports and hotels to assist staff and guests in obtaining any and all Transportation service. They will assist in escorting passengers to their vehicles, preparing for upcoming rides, distributing information on Olympic transport shuttles and generally be available to support the daily system in the most efficient and agreeable manner.

Qualifications

Communication skills to liaise with staff, guests and drivers
Quick-thinking and ability to react fast to plan changes
Clear thinkers with ability to relay information accurately and quickly
Ability to operate in a busy environment
Ability to work independently if required
Good spoken Italian is a bonus
Must be Milan based or able to provide their own accommodation for the duration of the contract.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the Olympics schedule. Working hours may be up to 72 hours per week and up to 7 days per week during the Games

Additional information

The VLC position is an exciting role that sees many different aspects and locations during the Olympic Games. These positions will start in January or February 2026 and run through the full Olympic period.
