- This is a full-time on-site role for a service desk analyst located in Bengaluru.
- The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support on a day-to-day basis.
- The role requires strong analytical skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in IT helpdesk or customer service role
- Relevant technical certifications would be a plus
