  • The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support on a day-to-day basis.
  • The role requires strong analytical skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in IT helpdesk or customer service role
  • Relevant technical certifications would be a plus
